The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK. The SIA are an independent body reporting to the Home Secretary, under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act
2001. The SIA aim to regulate the private security industry effectively; to reduce criminality, raise standards and recognise quality service. As an Approved Contractor National Workforce has met SIA’s standards and provides purchasers of private security services with independent proof of our commitment to quality.
